If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling costs) provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days for domestic orders or sixty (60) days for international orders.

All of our packages are shipped out of our local United States Postal Service (USPS) Office here in Seligman, Arizona.

When your order is received, fulfilled, and packaged you may receive an email that informs you that your package is now "Awaiting Shipment."

Once your package is mailed you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.



International packages take approximately 21 business days, sometimes up to 5 full weeks, to get to their destination.

Please take this into consideration if your package's arrival is a time sensitive matter.

Also, your USPS tracking number will only track your package here in the United States.

We can make arrangements with you to have your shipping expedited by sending it International Priority through USPS.  International Priority Shipping will track your package through to its destination and takes approximately 10 business days for your package to arrive.  Shipping rates for International Priority can vary greatly but are usually considerably more expensive. If you would like to pay the increased shipping price please let us know in the "comments" field when you order.  At that point we can determine the best way to package your particular items to send them the least expensive way we can as an International Priority package. We will then email you with instructions on how to securely pay the additional price for your expedited shipping on our website.
