If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling costs) provided the item is returned within thirty (60) days for domestic orders or sixty (90) days for international orders.

All of our packages are shipped out of our local United States Postal Service (USPS) Office here in Seligman, Arizona.

Once your package is mailed you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:  International packages take approximately 21 business days, sometimes up to 8 full weeks, to get to their destination.  Please take this into consideration if your package's arrival is a time sensitive matter.  Also, we do not charge taxes on international shipments but please be aware that you may have to pay taxes to your country on the arrival of the product.  You may want to look into this before ordering.

ATTENTION AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND SHIPMENTS: As of October 15, 2021, The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.  Australia and New Zealand are on this list but have some exceptions.  We can send EXPRESS packages only.  This is very expensive but at least we are still allowed to send packages.  We have changed our shipping amounts to reflect this change.  Hopefully this will not last long.  We will try to keep informed on changes but if you happen to notice this restriction has been lifted, please let us know so we can update our website and revert to our regular international shipping charges for Australia and New Zealand.  Thank you so much.

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS:

1. Please email us at neworders@route66giftshop.com or by using our contact page. Let us know what item you are returning and if you are seeking a return or an exchange. If it is an exchange, also let us know what item or new size you want.

2. Mail your item back to us. If using United States Postal Service you must mail it to our Post Office Box: PO Box 426 Seligman AZ 86337. If you are mailing it using UPS or FedEx you must mail it to our physical address: 22265 W. Historic Route 66 Seligman AZ 86337.

3. When we receive your item we will email you and let you know that we have either processed your refund or have given you store credit for your exchange. If you are exchanging, we will draft a new order that includes your new item. In this way, you are able to change and add to your order, using your store credit however you wish.
